About the Role

Deloitte is seeking a highly experienced OCI Infrastructure Architect for Manager and Senior Manager levels to join our team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. Key Responsibilities

• Design and architect OCI tenancy, landing zones, and network topology for scalable and secure enterprise environments.
• Implement and manage hybrid connectivity solutions, including FastConnect and VPN, for robust network integration.
• Develop and implement comprehensive disaster recovery strategies to ensure business continuity.
• Ensure ongoing compliance with relevant regulatory requirements and security frameworks.
• Design and implement OCI cloud foundations specifically for sovereign, dedicated, and isolated environments.

Required Qualifications and Experience

• Hands-on experience with Sovereign Cloud solutions.
• Experience with ERP transformation projects, including secure and compliant cloud adoption for enterprise systems.
• Demonstrated ability in deploying dedicated and isolated OCI platforms.
• Experience with Alloy deployments tailored for regulated industries, ensuring adherence to compliance and governance standards.
• Excellent communication skills to convey complex technical concepts to diverse stakeholders.
• Ability to provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior architects and engineers.
• 10+ years in cloud architecture, with a minimum of 3 years focused on OCI.

Technical Skills

• Expertise in OCI networking components (VCNs, gateways, IAM, Security Zones, Cloud Guard).
• Proficiency in Terraform for Infrastructure as Code (IaC).
• Knowledge of compliance frameworks (*, GDPR, HIPAA, ISO 27001).
• Experience with automation tools such as Ansible.
• Proficiency in scripting languages including Python and Bash.
• Knowledge of advanced OCI security services (WAF, OCI Vault, OCI Logging Analytics).
• Strong understanding of Oracle Database technologies and OCI database services (Autonomous Database, Exadata Cloud@Customer).
• Experience in designing and implementing OCI cloud foundations, tenancy, landing zones, and network topology.
• Experience with hybrid connectivity solutions, FastConnect, and VPN.
• Experience with disaster recovery strategies.

Preferred Certifications

Candidates with OCI Architect Professional and Terraform Associate certifications will be considered favorably.
